BAFE 205.1 Life Safety Fire Risk Assessment Certification

CT Health and Safety are proud to have provided support to UK Fire Consulting Ltd in obtaining the BAFE 205.1 Life Safety Fire Risk Assessment Certification. 

UK Fire Consulting are the first company to be awarded this recognition in Dorset. Clive has been working with Charles Morgan from UK Fire Consulting Ltd for the past few months to help achieve this accreditation. 

Third Party Accreditation was provided by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI). The accreditation process includes a thorough review of documents and processes as well as accompanying the Fire Risk Assessor on a live site visit. This ensures that the standards set within the BAFE documentation were met or exceeded.

There are significant benefits to being certified and NSI state that: 

'NSI certification provides reassurance to customers that a contractor/service provider is reputable and trustworthy and is continuing to work to the relevant industry standards. Their certificate of approval details these standards against which they are approved. NSI approval is only awarded and retained by those companies able to consistently meet our exacting standards. Standards are periodically updated to accommodate modern technology and working practices. Appointing an NSI approved company provides the peace of mind that your contractor is maintaining its competency in line with the latest practice.'
